Location: In person at the Monterey Community Center and via Zoom

Description:
Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a profoundly restorative practice that guides you into a meditative state between waking and sleeping. This deeply calming technique has been shown to enhance sleep, reduce stress, and support emotional well-being.

Led by Nancy Monk, this session is accessible to allβ€”no prior experience necessary and no physical movement required. Just lie down in a comfortable position and follow the guided meditation.

Join us in person or relax at home by tuning in via Zoom.

Group Size & Accessibility:
All are welcome; space is available for both in-person and Zoom participants.

By donation.
