Use Fees

Definitions:

  • Community event – open to the general public, including meetings, classes, workshops, lectures, presentations, parties, etc. Class teachers or presenters may be paid.
  • Commercial event – either an event open to the public held to generate income or interest in a private business, or an event closed to the public held for private purposes of such a private business or organization (e. g. board retreat, etc.)
  • Private event – an event not open to the general public for private purposes (e.g. birthday party, wedding, etc.)
  • Equipment use – use of MCC equipment such as tables, chairs, tents, coffeepot, etc. outside of the MCC building.

    w/equip use Non Monterey resident, landowner or group No fee, donation appreciated
Commercial Non Monterey resident, landowner or group $100
    w/equip use Non Monterey resident, landowner or group $40 max
